New Name "C&W Services"
On September 1, 2015 our company name changed from DTZ to C&W Services after the purchase of Cushman and Wakefield. C&W services is a new brand backed by Cushman and Wakefield that provides facility services, which at Stanford University encompasses custodial services. Please note that you will begin to see our new company logo on our vehicles, uniforms and equipment, which is expected to be completed by Q3 of 2016. Please note that there will be no disruption or change to your services, or to personnel currently performing work duties in your areas.

Meet Our Team
Grover has been in operations and management for over 20 years. His management experience ranges from retail, parking and transportation and facilities. During his time with C&W Services he has managed a variety of high profile accounts throughout the United States. He currently oversees custodial services on the Stanford Campus, which consists of over 180 employees. As account director he works to ensure that C&W's occupants and vendors are satisfied with high quality custodial service.

Carla has worked with C&W Services since October 2010. She manages multiple areas of administration which include purchasing, financial and administrative. She also oversees the LBRE Afterhours Operations Center. She came from McKesson Corporation where she worked as a Contracts Manager for their office based technology platform.
Victor Hugo Cuevas
Day Manager and Project Manager
Victor has worked for custodial services at Stanford University since 1995. His many years of experience on campus and his familiarity with building details are a great asset. Victor oversees the campus floor care program. He also plays a major role in managing special projects and events like Stanford's "Big 5". He is responsible for 62 employees and 40 buildings on campus.
Javier joined C&W Services in 2013. He is the Area Night Supervisor for GSB and Tressider. Javier oversees 20 employees and supervises 15 buildings. His prior experience was as a Day Porter and at Utilities Services.
Area Supervisor (Zone A and Zone C)
Armando has worked at Stanford since 2001. He is the Night Supervisor for Academic Buildings in Zones A and C. Armando oversees 75 employees and 100 buildings.
Area Supervisor (Zone B and Zone D)
Bernardo joined C&W Services in 2010. He is the Night Supervisor for Academic Buildings in Zone B and D. Bernardo oversees 75 employees and 100.
Quality Assurance Inspector
Lemuel joined C&W Services in 2010. He worked as a janitor for 4 years until being promoted to the position of Quality Assurance Inspector. He has 20 years of janitorial service experience and has held the position of Supervisor at "eatmydust" janitorial service. Lemuel obtained a Doctorate in Theological Studies in Oakland, CA.
Environmental Safety and Health Manager
Francisco joined C&W Services in 2014. He has over 18 years of Safety Operations experience with companies such as Apple, Google, Verizon Wireless, HGST, SanDisk and Genentech. Francisco oversees C&W's fleet of vehicles, the Health & Safety Program, Stanford's Livermore location and the Monterey campus.
Customer Service Representative and LBRE After-Hours Operations Lead
Elenoa joined C&W Services in 2014. She is the After-Hours operations lead and a Customer Service Representative. Elenoa also assists with administrative tasks such as scheduling of work orders and customers outreach. She has 8 years of Administrative Assistance experience with Jackson Hewitt Tax Service.
Parmeet joined C&W Services in 2015. She is responsible for Accounts Payable, invoicing and ordering supplies. She also assists with work order scheduling, administrative tasks and quarterly reports. She has 5 years prior experience with Bank of America as a Sales and Service Specialist.
