Carpet extraction is performed 2 times per year and hard floor stripping and refinishing are performed annually. Exterior window cleaning is scheduled every other year for a building. If the building shows "even" in the schedule it will occur in a calendar year ending in an even number, such as 2010. If the building shows "odd" in the schedule it will occur in a calendar year ending in an odd number, such 2011.
