Our services are available at any time, seven days a week.

  • Office hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • Call us at: 650.723.2285.
    • Outside of office hours you will be directed for assistance to an on-call, on-duty phone number.
  • Send email to: events@bonair.stanford.edu.
    • You'll get our attention quickly; however, service requests and changes will still require that you submit an online request form.
  • Fax us at: 650.723.9315.

During office hours, the Event Services staff is constantly watching for incoming Request Service and Change Request forms, so the online forms are the best way to inform us about your request or updates.

Pricing varies according to the service period:

  • Base rate from 6 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday,
  • Premium rate from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m., Monday through Friday and from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. on weekends and official Stanford University Holidays
  • Overnight rate any day from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.

Rental equipment may be checked out and returned Monday through Friday, from 8:00am to 4:00pm. For more details, see Policies and Procedures.

Directions

We are located at 340 Bonair Siding, just off Campus Drive East behind the Maples Parking Lot. You'll find us just down the arcade from the offices of Parking and Transportation.
