Event Services has a variety of the latest equipment for projecting images onto a screen. Computer projection equipment is geared towards PowerPoint, Acrobat or Keynote presentations. Projection can be for groups as intimate as 10, up to events where special LED screens can be brought in for groups of over 1,500. We can customize our projection setup to your event venue and content. There are times when 35mm slide, film, or overhead projection is better suited for your event.

Understanding our projection equipment

• Request Tip: Projectors are not dependent on "Mac" or "PC". Please indicate on your order the type of computer, presentation type, and quantity.
• Special Equipment for Computer Projection: For presenters, you will need a confidence monitor, so you don't have to turn around to see the screen. Wireless presentation controls and laser pointers are also available.
• Media Technician's Assistance: Pre-event technical assistance can be arranged.
• 16mm/35mm Film Projection Systems and Accessories: Permanently installed in Memorial Auditorium and Cubberley Auditorium. Skilled technicians are needed to set up and run your films.
• VHS, DVD, and other playback systems: Using our LCD projectors, we can display any image produced by a videotape, DVD, or computer.
• 35mm Slide and Overhead Transparency Projection Systems: Yes, we still have these for you.

Computer Projection
Our LCD projectors have standard inputs that will work with any computer or DVD player. Lumens measure the light output of a projector and are the main reference point for an individual unit. Allow our staff to suggest the type of projector to fit the needs of your event's setup and space.
