- Sound Systems for up to 300 People: Depending on the venue and size of your audience the mini, small or medium Sound Systems will provide effective sound coverage. Additional equipment and services available that may enhance your audience's experience such as wireless microphones, recording of your event or assisted listening devices.
- Sound Packages: Our Sound Packages provide an economical choice when you'll use that equipment for less than a full day. You pay only for the time of actual use (at hourly rates as shown, charged in 1/2-hour increments), plus the media technician's time.
- Planning Assistance: We can help with these choices. Prepare your service request and ask for an event manager to contact you.
- Large Outdoor Events - Over 300 People: We have the equipment and expertise to provide sound for concerts with large crowds and for events in major facilities.

| Media technicians will set-up and strike the sound system, but it is your responsibility to operate the sound system. If you would like a media technician to handle everything, choose one of the Sound Packages | |||

When you know you will want a media technician's assistance and will use the packaged equipment for less than a day, a Sound Package may be more economical. The media technician performs a number of tasks including switching among microphones, maintaining sound levels between multiple speakers and media, or recording the event. The equipment costs are in one-half hour increments starting from setup time through event completion. Your additional cost for the media technician (see these rates) is in quarter-hour increments from our dock and back. |

Event Services has the equipment and expertise to provide sound for large crowds and for those concerts that require "Front of House" (FOH) and monitor mixes.
