Grounds Staff Complete Landscape Technician Training Program, February 2004

On February 6, 2004, Grounds Services celebrated the completion of its two year Landscape Technician Training Program. This program teaches horticulture and landscape skills, and helps to prepare students to become Certified Landscape Technicians, a nationally recognized certification of the California Landscape Contractor's Association.

At the ceremony, we recognized two groups of students, those earning certificates for completion of one year of the program and those who completed the full two-year program. Students earning certificates for completion of this year's program are shown in the following photo:
