Buildings & Grounds Maintenance

Interested in ordering our services, but not quite sure how to start?  The following guidelines can help you determine the best way to get your job done.  If you still have questions, please contact our Administration team by calling (650) 723-3050, or by emailing us at grounds-admin@bonair.stanford.edu.

Request Work

• If your request involves an emergency or hazard (e.g. down tree), please call Maintenance Customer Service at (650) 723-2281 for a rush work order.
• If you do not require a rush response, you can order services online by filling out the Work Request Form.  You will need to provide your account number (PTA) and a full scope of work.
• If you need assistance with your work request, please contact the appropriate crew supervisor.

Request an Estimate

• Please do not submit an estimate request for event-related site preparation, clean-up or irrigation shutdown services.  For a rough estimate or to order these services, contact Mary Nolan at (650) 723-3386 at least one week in advance of the event date.
• If you are planning a complex project or require details on the projected cost, please request an estimate online through the Estimate Request Form.  Make sure to provide complete details on the scope of your project; a supervisor or lead will contact you to discuss your project.
• If you are a private homeowner and do not have an account number (PTA), please call the crew supervisor to request an estimate.
