- Quick Response maintenance calls - 723-2281
BGM dispatchers receive/dispatch calls M-F 7am to 5:30pm. After hours, the calls are forwarded to specially trained Duty Operators who coordinate with BGM Duty Managers to respond to maintenance emergencies. - Quick Response on-line maintenance requests are received by the dispatchers from the BGM Web form M-F 7am-5pm. These maintenance requests are prioritized and dispatched, the same as a phone call to 723-2281.
- Non-Urgent on-line maintenance requests are received and processed by the same BGM Dispatch staff. They will forward your request to the appropriate shop, for scheduling.
- Key orders are received from the BGM Lock shop and distributed by the BGM Dispatch staff. When the completed order is received in MCS, the dispatch staff will call the recipient with notification that the order is ready for pickup. Location for pickup: 340 Bonair, Work Support, M-F 8am-4pm
- ASSU work orders are received and processed by the BGM dispatch staff. These orders can be dropped off at 340 Bonair Work Support, Maintenance Customer Service office: M-F 8am-4pm.
